Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Architect who can take ownership of projects from design development to execution support. This role requires strong coordination with engineering and site teams to ensure drawings are transparent, practical, and execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs from concept to working drawings
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
Review drawings before execution and ensure site clarity
Visit sites to verify design implementation when required
Assist in material selection and detailing
Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation




Ensure designs align with client needs and site conditions

Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Skills & Requirements
Robust architectural planning and detailing skills
Practical understanding of construction and site execution
Valuable coordination and communication ability
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D tools is an added advantage
