Take food and beverage orders accurately from guests in dining areas and via room service.
Serve food and beverages in guest rooms and restaurant areas according to hotel standards.
Set up trays, trolleys, tables, and service stations properly.
Ensure timely delivery of room service orders and collect used trays/trolleys after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Assist in preparing mise en place before service periods.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Follow hotel policies, food safety standards, and grooming guidelines.
Assist with banquet or event service when needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
