Key Responsibilities
Create creative rug and carpet designs based on market trends and client requirements
Develop patterns, motifs, and color combinations for various rug styles
Prepare design layouts using design software or manual techniques
Coordinate with production and sampling teams
Modify designs based on feedback from management or clients
Maintain design documentation and samples
Stay updated with global têxtile and rug design trends
