Key Responsibilities:
Guest/Client Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a warm, friendly demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Check-in/Check-out: Handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring that calendars are kept up-to-date.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Inventory & Supplies: Ensure the front desk area is stocked with necessary supplies, and notify management of any shortages.
Security: Monitor and manage visitor logs, security badges, and ensure guests adhere to building policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with office software (e.g., MS Office) and phone systems.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Organization: Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Professionalism: Maintain a skilled appearance and a calm demeanor, even during busy times.
