Bala Mandir is looking for a creative, socially sensitive, and strategically driven communication qualified to lead the organisation’s communication, storytelling, branding, and digital engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Communication Strategy & Institutional Branding
Impact Storytelling & Campaign Communication
Social Media Outreach & Digital Engagement
Video Documentation, Editing & Storyboarding
Media Relations & Public Awareness
Content Development & Digital Platforms
Event Communication & Creative Design
Photography & Multimedia Documentation

Preferred Profile
Degree in Communication, Journalism, Media, Visual Communication, Literature, Digital Media, or related fields.
Prior experience in NGO communication, development communication,, branding, media, or social impact storytelling preferred.




Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Tamil knowledge will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in social media platforms, multimedia tools, video editing, photography, and AI-based content tools.
Emotionally mature and sensitive while working in child-care and community environments.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently drive communication initiatives.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
