The Shift Engineer Diamond Wire Bay & Line Operations owns the secure and reliable running of diamond wire electroplating bays (payoff, plating, takeup) across 2–3 lines in shift. The role is accountable for takt adherence, OEE, bay yield and firsttimeright quality, while ensuring strict compliance to HSEF and process control standards. The engineer acts as the first line of technical decisionmaking on the shop floor, coordinating with Quality, Chemistry/PSM, Maintenance and Logistics to deliver the daily production plan for both silicon and DPClinked products.
