Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
Monitor machine performance and optimize productivity
Maintain quality standards and minimize rejections
Handle manpower planning, allocation, and discipline
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments
Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
Prepare daily production reports and documentation

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes
Positive leadership and team handling skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic knowledge of production planning and control
Familiarity with safety and quality standards
