Focus Awards Limited, a UK-based awarding organisation, is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Rajkot office.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the India sales team.
Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
Acquire current customers, partners, and training centres internationally.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Prepare sales reports and updates for the UK Head Office.
Support business development and international expansion activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' sales experience in a supervisory or similar role.
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
