Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Executive (Field Operations) who thrives in on-ground execution and has a solid understanding of local markets, vendors, and pricing dynamics.

This role is highly field-intensive, requiring daily travel across Delhi NCR for sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials required for both recent property setups and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Vendor Sourcing & Market Research
Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers across categories
Conduct regular market visits to explore cost-effective sourcing options




Build a solid and diversified vendor base
Procurement & Negotiation
Procure materials including furniture, electricals, fixtures, hardware, and operational supplies
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines with vendors
Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
Order Management & Execution
Raise and track purchase orders
Ensure timely delivery of materials at site locations
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
Quality Control & Compliance
Verify quality and specifications of procured materials
Ensure delivered items match requirements and standards
Resolve issues related to damaged, delayed, or incorrect supplies
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with operations, projects, and maintenance teams
Align procurement activities with property launch timelines
Provide real-time updates on procurement status
