Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CNC PTL (Programmable Transformer Lamination) machines efficiently.
Handle and operate PTL machines such as Toshiba, George, and SDRI.
Perform cutting and processing of CRGO and CRNGO laminations as per production requirements.
Ensure correct material grade selection and handling during production.
Maintain machine parameters and ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work workplace.
Coordinate with the production and quality team to meet daily production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC or PTL machines.
Experience with Toshiba / George / SDRI PTL machines is mandatory.
Knowledge of CRGO and CRNGO lamination processing.
Good understanding of electrical steel material grades.
Ability to read production drawings and specifications.
Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
