We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Fashion Designer / CLO 3D Faculty to train Fashion Design Degree students and prepare them to become industry-ready professionals in collaboration with our fashion faculty team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver training in Digital Fashion Design, including CLO 3D, Fashion CAD, and garment visualization.
Teach 3D garment creation, simulation, rendering, and virtual prototyping using CLO 3D.
Guide students in digital illustration, têxtile rendering, and portfolio development.
Conduct classroom sessions, lab work, and online sessions, along with one-on-one mentoring.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, internal assessments, and projects.
Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly.
Introduce creative teaching methods, digital trends, and industry-relevant practices.
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure holistic learning and industry alignment.

Required Skills:
Solid expertise in CLO 3D, Fashion CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.




Knowledge of digital garment construction, fabric simulation, and rendering techniques.
Understanding of pattern making and garment construction (digital workflow preferred).
Ability to train students in portfolio creation and digital presentations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design (B.Des. preferred from reputed institutes such as NIFT).
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in digital fashion / garment visualization.
Robust communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Passion for teaching and keeping up with latest fashion tech trends.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
Fashion design: 3 years (preferred)
