We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive (Sales) to manage client relationships and drive conversions for our wedding & event projects.
Experience in the wedding industry is preferrable.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries and guide them through our services
Understand requirements and present tailored solutions
Convert leads into confirmed projects
Coordinate with design and execution teams
Ensure a smooth and premium client experience throughout
Requirements:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a client-first approach
Ability to understand client needs and close deals
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience in sales or wedding/event industry preferred
