Roles & Responsibility
Reach out to businesses working in the solar industry to generate leads
Provide technical support, handle inverter installation/commissioning, perform troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct meeting to explain everything about the solar products we offer
Ensure thorough follow-up with prospective customers
Ensure daily reporting of meetings, the status of those meetings, and the next steps
Work on timely collection of payments from customers
Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, and funding options
Provide technical information about solar products to customers.
Stay updated with recent products and technologies (panels, inverters, etc.)
Participate in exhibitions/trade fairs




Participate in strategic meets and discuss the sales plan going forward
Work on the timely address of customer grievances

Requirements:
Minimum 1 -2 years experience in Solar Industry

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
