Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
Conduct classroom sessions in an interactive and engaging manner
Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and exams
Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
Provide individualized support to students when needed
Track student progress and share feedback with parents and school management
Organize and participate in school activities, events, and meetings
Use up-to-date teaching methods and technology to enhance learning
Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per requirement)




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable classroom management abilities
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools)
