Key Responsibilities
Cafe Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Customer Service & Experience
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Build a welcoming and positive workplace for guests
Cash Handling
Manage daily cash flow & billing.
Ensure accurate cash handling.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cafe/restaurant management or a similar role
Robust leadership and team management skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively
Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
