Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a premium and personalized shopping experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear (frames, lenses, sunglasses)
Demonstrate product features, styles, and brands effectively
Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets
Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business
Handle billing, POS operations, and inventory support
Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
Stay updated on latest trends in eyewear fashion and luxury retail
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil mandatory)




Strong sales and customer handling skills
Experience in premium/luxury retail sales (optical, jewellery, watches, apparel, etc.)
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
Basic knowledge of POS billing and retail operations

Qualification:
Any Graduate

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
