Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Maintain all Production planning & activity.
Responsible for nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.
Shall maintain compliance as per SOP, Quality Policy and compliance in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation within Production department.
Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.
Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant
Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.
Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.
Responsible for reporting Deviation, Out of Specification,
and Non-conformance to Quality Assurance Department and shall involve in investigation and for implementation of corrective action
involve in the Market Complaint investigation
Shall maintain training system in Production department as per SOP for existing and recent employees
Shall responsible to coordinate with other departments well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.
Responsible for coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance Department for successful implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance program as per the schedule.
