What we’re looking for:
Essential
Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Solid attention to detail and time management, with the ability to meet SLAs
Commitment to career development

Exposure to at least one of the following is desirable
First Line Support
Security platforms (SIEM, EDR)
Security infrastructure or automation
Threat intelligence or threat hunting
Penetration testing
Zero Trust
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Cyber project or service management

Nice to have
ITIL service desk experience
Cyber security certifications
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or MITRE
Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of data protection laws
