Key Responsibilities:
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and scheduling options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
Schedule Appointments: Efficiently manage appointments for clients, ensuring accurate booking and reminders.
Maintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback in a systematic and organized manner.
Resolve Issues: Handle customer concerns or complaints,
providing timely solutions while maintaining a positive relationship.
Collaborate with Team: Work with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Graduation in any field
Fluent in English and robust communication skills
Ability to interact well with customers
Valuable computer knowledge
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
