This role is part of Alcon's Marketing function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels, including through traditional Marketing strategies, event planning, and qualified education.

The Sr. Associate, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream (Skilled Path) is primarily responsible for driving marketing strategies for product ranges, enhancing patient outcomes through advanced technologies, and fostering meaningful interactions with patients and eye care providers. Specifics include:
Collect and analyze market data to forecast trends and develop marketing strategies for assigned product ranges




Monitor the execution and effectiveness of marketing strategies using tools like SalesForce and Pitcher, and through regular exchanges with the sales force and field presence
Build and maintain trusting relationships with Global structures to inform them about the market, gain support, and prepare localized materials, documents, and programs for clients
Propose and adapt promotional tools and content for the sales force and clients
Develop partnerships with leaders and decision-makers for assigned product ranges
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Research and Development departments to optimize product management
Propose and adhere to marketing budgets to achieve product range objectives
Actively participate in organizing events and surgery congresses
