Job Summary
We are looking for a warm, professional, and guest-focused Hospitality Host to create a welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure. The role will support guest relations, F&B; service, and daily hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Assist guests with seating, check-in, and general requests.
Provide information about the property, facilities, menu, and services.
Take and coordinate food and beverage orders when required.
Ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with F&B;, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments.
Assist with restaurant setup, service, and closing duties.
Support upselling of F&B; items and property services.
Maintain high standards of grooming, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Follow company procedures and ensure a smooth guest experience.




Assist with events and special guest requirements when required.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest relations is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a solid customer-service attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive English communication; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident when interacting with guests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
