We marry traditional Karigari with contemporary silhouettes, catering to a premium, high-value clientele. We are currently aggressively scaling our digital operations to reach a monthly online revenue milestone of ₹10 Lakhs. To spearhead this expansion, we are looking for a highly capable E-commerce Growth Manager who can own both our digital storefront and our performance marketing engine.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, results-oriented role. You will be completely responsible for the digital sales funnel of Alankrit. Your primary objective will be to drive high-intent traffic to our e-commerce store via Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and convert that traffic efficiently by maintaining a quick, premium, frictionless website experience.





Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition (Core Focus)
Scale Meta Ads: Strategy, execution, and daily optimization of Meta Ads Manager to scale monthly ad spend efficiently while protecting profitability (targeting a robust, sustainable ROAS).
Funnel Architecture: Design and manage full-funnel digital campaigns—building separate strategies for cold prospecting (introducing the luxury of Alankrit), mid-funnel consideration, and aggressive retargeting (for cart abandoners and high-intent website visitors).
Data & Attribution: Implement and manage advanced tracking mechanisms (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4) to eliminate data gaps and ensure clean attribution.
Creative Testing: Regularly test new ad formats (Reels, high-quality catalog ads, lifestyle videos, and carousel formats) to counter ad fatigue in the premium fashion space.
