- Led end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A;) operations for a major U.S. client across O2C, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, Collections, FP&A;, R2R/RTR, Payroll and Billing.
- Managed diverse billing models including Time & Materials (T&M;), Milestone, Fixed-Price and Lump-Sum billing.
- Directed a 200+ FTE organization across multiple finance workstreams, with accountability for service delivery, operational governance, performance management, stabilization and client engagement.
- Spearheaded Finance Transformation and Transition initiatives from Knowledge Transfer (KT) through steady state, including SOP development, process mapping, FMEA, operational readiness and stabilization.
- Successfully transitioned a finance transformation pilot to steady state in March 2025, ensuring process continuity and service readiness.
- Led the ramp-up of 25 FTEs in November 2025,



strengthening billing operations covering time transfers, write-offs, holds and billing controls.
- Delivered an 8-FTE efficiency gain through automation, improving productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Managed end-to-end project lifecycles, transitions and migrations, ensuring controlled handover, operational readiness and business continuity.
- Drove SAP automation initiatives and implemented Microsoft Power Automate and Power Pages solutions to improve billing turnaround time, accuracy and process efficiency.
- Acted as a key client point of contact, leading governance reviews, service discussions, performance management and cross-workstream improvement initiatives.
- Identified and implemented process standardization, automation and continuous improvement opportunities across finance operations.
- Received client and leadership commendations for rapid stabilization, service delivery and operational improvements.
