Position: Export Executive

Department: Export Documentation and Logistcis

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate outward remittance transactions as per company requirements and applicable banking procedures.

Prepare, check and verify FWA / Promotion Agency invoices, bills and supporting documents before processing payments.

Coordinate with the Admin, Accounts and concerned internal teams to complete outward remittance transactions smoothly.

Follow up with promotion agencies / vendors for invoices, bills, agreements and other required supporting documents.

Maintain and regularly update the outward remittance transaction tracker / database.

Monitor the complete status of outward remittance transactions, from document collection to bank processing and completion.

Coordinate with the bank for submission of documents and follow up on transaction status, bank queries, payment confirmation and pending transactions.

Ensure that all required documents are properly maintained for bank records, audit and compliance purposes.

Maintain proper records of remittance amount, beneficiary, agency, purpose of payment, transaction date and payment status.

Identify pending / incomplete transactions and take timely follow-up with the concerned agency, internal team and bank.





Assist in preparing MIS / periodic reports related to outward remittance transactions.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of completed outward remittance transactions for future reference.

Support the Accounts & Finance team in other payment, documentation and reconciliation activities as required.

Key Skills Required

Knowledge of Outward Remittance / Foreign Remittance transactions.

Good understanding of invoice and supporting document verification.

Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

Strong MIS, reporting and database management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to coordinate with banks, agencies, vendors and internal departments.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Knowledge of FEMA / RBI guidelines and foreign payment documentation will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Banking Operations, Foreign Remittance, Export/Import Documentation or a similar role, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.

Pay: ₹10,027.88 - ₹32,589.98 per month
