Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Exhibition Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have strong event management, client coordination, vendor management, and on-ground execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, exhibitors, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage exhibition stall setup, branding, fabrication, and on-site execution.
- Handle event timelines, schedules, logistics, and manpower requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate with production and design teams for stall layouts and branding requirements.
- Manage vendors, negotiate costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Resolve in office issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare project reports, quotations, budgets,



and other event-related documentation.
- Travel to different exhibition venues as required.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in exhibitions, events, stall fabrication, or event management.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of exhibition and event operations.
- Strong vendor and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Candidates with experience in stall designing, fabrication, B2B exhibitions, or trade shows will be preferred.
