Purpose: To assist the Internal Audit function in conducting risk-based audits across manufacturing plants, depots, corporate functions, procurement, sales, finance, logistics, and information systems.

The role will be responsible for identifying control gaps, monitoring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting management in improving operational efficiency.

Detailed Responsibilities

1. Execute internal audits as per the approved annual audit plan.
2. Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
3. Perform the Depot Audit and reviewing the depot audit performed by others.
4. Reviewing the statutory compliances applicable for the Company.
5. Conduct process audits, operational audits, compliance audits, and special investigations.
6. Verify adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and management directives.

Perform transaction testing and identify process control weaknesses.
8. Track closure of audit observations and corrective action plans.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of internal audit methodologies and internal controls. 2.Understanding of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances.

3.Knowledge of SAP ERP setting. 4.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

5.Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

6.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

7.Ability to travel to plants, warehouses, and branch locations.
