Job Summary

As an Executive - Implementation & Success, you ll be the person who helps bring ADDA s technology to life at customer sites. From conducting site surveys and installing and configuring devices to training customers and providing post-implementation support, you ll ensure every implementation is smooth, successful, and customer-ready.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you ll work closely with customers, technology, and on-ground teams while building strong practical skills across hardware, networking, software, and implementation.

Responsibilities

- Site Survey: Visit customer sites to assess the location, infrastructure, network, and requirements before implementation.

- Device Installation: Install and set up devices at customer locations, ensuring everything is connected and working correctly.

- Device Configuration: Configure devices, network connectivity, and software as per customer requirements.

- Customer Training: Train customers and in office teams on how to use the devices and solution effectively.

- Hypercare Support:



Provide hands-on support after implementation and troubleshoot initial technical issues.

- Documentation: Maintain records of installations, configurations, site visits, training, and implementation status.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in technical implementation, installation, technical support, networking, or a similar role.

- Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. in IT, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, software, and implementation.

- Comfortable travelling to customer sites and working hands-on with devices.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
