JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute monthly book closing activities and support timely finalization of accounts.

- Review General Ledger transactions, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, and closing entries.

- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet schedules and account reconciliations.

- Review business agreements and ensure accurate accounting of incentives, discounts, and marketing support.

- Maintain EMD, Security Deposit, Bank Guarantee, FD and DD records and reconciliations.

- Prepare depreciation schedules and support inventory and stock reconciliations.

- Support statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, and compliance requirements.

- Provide financial reports, management analysis and process improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

- Education - B. Com/ M. Com/ CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

- Experience - 4-7 years experience in Finance & Accounts.





Knowledge / Technical Requirements

- Experience in accounting, month-end closing, reconciliations and audit support.

- Working knowledge of ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of General Ledger, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS and financial compliance requirements.

- Experience in inventory and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines.

- Process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
