Job Overview

We are seeking a hard-working and process-driven Loan Operations Executive to support our lending lifecycle. Working from our corporate office, you will be the engine behind the scenes ensuring that loan applications are processed smoothly, documents are thoroughly checked, and disbursements are executed within the required Turnaround Time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities

- Document

Collection & Verification: Checking customer loan applications, KYC documents, and financial proofs (salary slips, bank statements, ITRs) as per policy guidelines.

- System Data Entry: Accurately log applicant details into the system and manage the digital filing of loan documents.
- Query Resolution:



Coordinate with sales team to resolve incomplete files and collect missing documentation from sales team.
- Disbursement Execution: Verify the disbursement documents, ensure all legal and sanction conditions are met prior to disbursement. Post clearance, case to be moved to disbursement authority.
- Post-Disbursement Management: Clearance of OTC/PDD and Dispatch of disbursed file post booking.

Qualifications & Required Skills

- Education:

A bachelors degree in any discipline. (Commerce preferred)
- Experience:

03 years of experience in back-office operations, data entry, or administrative roles. Previous experience in a bank or NBFC is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).

- Soft Skills: Quick learner, Time management.
