Execution & Client Coordinator (ECC)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Execution & Client Coordinator (ECC) to support management in coordinating school operations and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track daily tasks using Task Management Software.
- Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with teachers, office staff and other team members.
- Communicate with parents regarding routine queries and feedback.
- Coordinate with the school's social media/website agency and track their work.
- Coordinate meetings, events and special activities.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets records and prepare simple status reports.
- Escalate significant issues and delays to management.

Required Skills

- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.




- Comfortable with Google Drive, Sheets, Gmail and WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Instagram.
- Willingness to learn and use task/project management software such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion or similar.

Ideal Candidate Someone who takes ownership, follows through, works systematically and does not need repeated reminders to complete assigned tasks.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.

Salary

₹13,000–₹17,000/month, depending on skills and experience. Performance-based growth may be considered.
