About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Event Manager to plan and manage family functions, celebrations, private events, and special occasions from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have excellent vendor management, guest coordination, event planning, and on-ground execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage family functions, celebrations, parties, weddings, and private events.
- Find and coordinate with caterers, decorators, photographers, venues, entertainers, florists, and other vendors.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, confirmations, hospitality, and seating arrangements.
- Handle event logistics, transportation, accommodation, and schedules.
- Negotiate with vendors and manage quotations, payments, and budgets.
- Supervise vendors and ensure smooth execution of all event activities.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate with family members and ensure their requirements are properly managed.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Event Management, Wedding Planning, Hospitality,



or Event Coordination.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable, professional, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing family functions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and private events.
- Good knowledge of event vendors, venues, décor, catering, and entertainment.
- Strong hospitality and guest-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage events from planning → coordination → execution.
