Prepare machining time estimations and cost build-ups for quotations

Develop machining process routings, setup sheets, and work instructions

Generate RFQs for raw materials, cutting tools, and inspection equipment

Select cutting tools, inserts, and toolholders to optimize cycle time and reduce manufacturing costs

Define machining sequences and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce scrap, and standardize machining processes

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering...

Strong hands-on experience in CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and Multi-Axis Machining environments

Excellent knowledge of machining processes, cycle time estimation, and manufacturing cost analysis





Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications

Experience with cutting tool selection and tooling suppliers such as Sandvik, Walter, Kennametal, ISCAR, Seco, Mitsubishi, etc.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, PowerMill, NX CAM, or similar)

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement methodologies

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
