Estimation engineer

A)Pre-Bid Stage

1. Review project requirements and specifications.
2. Analyze project scope, timelines, and budgets.
3. Identify potential risks and opportunities.

B)Estimation
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.
2. Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material takeoffs.
3. Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs.
4. Consider factors like location, weather, and site conditions.

C) Post-Bid Stage
1. Negotiate contracts and prices with clients or suppliers.
2. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost tracking.
3. Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed.

D) Other Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate records and databases of estimates and projects.
2. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.

Should be graduate and has min 2yrs of relevant experience as Estimation Engineer.
