Role & responsibilities :
Oversee hatchery operations and ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance.
Monitor maintenance, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management.
Ensure timely chick delivery and smooth daily operations.
Lead and guide in-charges, conduct reviews, and resolve operational issues.
Verify material receipts, inventory records, and utility usage.
Ensure equipment calibration and productive resource management.
Preferred candidate profile :
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hatchery Supervisor will be preferred.
