Job Summary

This is a field-based role that requires daily client visits, relationship management, and active market development.

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Field Visits
Schedule and conduct meetings with retailers, offices, distributors, and potential clients
Visit clients regularly to introduce and promote Kritosh fragrance products
Expand the company’s market reach through daily field activities and networking
Generate recent leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers

Product Presentation & Sales
Present product features, fragrance profiles, pricing, and brand value professionally
Explain product benefits clearly and handle client queries confidently




Convert inquiries into successful sales and business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Relationship Management
Build strong and long-term relationships with clients and partners
Conduct timely follow-ups for repeat orders and business development
Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation

Market Development & Research
Identify current business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Share market feedback and insights with the internal team for strategic growth

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, client feedback, and sales activities
Represent the Kritosh brand professionally during all client interactions
