Role Purpose

The Senior IT Infrastructure Product Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of IT

infrastructure services and platforms supporting the GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex

Transmission India manufacturing plants. The role focuses on IT strategic execution,

managing operations, reliability, compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous

improvement while aligning local infrastructure capabilities with corporate IT initiatives,

standards, and transformation programs.

This role operates as a business partner and strategic owner with technical authority,

accountable for infrastructure outcomes, financial stewardship, audit readiness, and

automation-led optimization—without direct people-management accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Infrastructure Product Ownership (GCC Hyderabad & Euroflex Plants)
Act as the overall infrastructure product owner for GCC Hyderabad and Euroflex

Transmission India plants (Units 1, 2 & 3), accountable for end‑to‑end performance,

availability, security, and compliance of assigned infrastructure platforms.




Own infrastructure domains covering network, servers, virtualization, storage, enduser computing, cloud platforms, and plant IT infrastructure.
Define and maintain product roadmaps, lifecycle strategies, and technical

standards aligned with business demand and corporate IT architecture.
Ensure infrastructure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost‑effective.
Operational Excellence & Service Stability
Ensure uninterrupted availability of business‑critical and plant‑critical IT services,

including:
o LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi connectivity

o Server rooms and core infrastructure

o End‑user computing services for office, engineering, and shop‑floor users

o Infrastructure readiness for OT, MES, Smart Factory, and Industry 4.0

integrations
Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and risk mitigation to prevent service

disruptions.
Act as an escalation point for high‑sever
