Position: CNC Programmer
Department: Machine Shop

Role & responsibilities
Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
Develop CNC programs using CAM software for 2D, 3-axis, and 3+2-axis machining.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Handle troubleshooting and optimization during machining operations.
Work with CNC controllers such as Siemens 840D SL, Sinumerik One, and Fanuc.
Ensure process quality and machining accuracy as per drawing requirements.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of CNC Programming (G-Code & M-Code)
Expertise in 2D & 3D machining
Hands-on experience with CAM software such as Hypermill / Powermill / Cadem
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & GD&T; standards
Knowledge of cutting tools, tool presetters, and shrink-fit machines
Solid attention to detail and quality standards
Valuable communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
Experience with Multi-axis CNC Machines (4-axis / 5-axis)

Additional Requirements
Willingness to relocate to Palwal
Ability to work in rotational shifts
