Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage the overall nursing services of the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care, staff discipline, quality, safety, and smooth nursing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall nursing operations across hospital departments.
Ensure protected, effective and quality patient care.
Prepare and monitor nursing duty rosters and manpower deployment.
Supervise nursing staff, maintain discipline and address staffing concerns.
Conduct regular rounds and monitor nursing care standards.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, infection-control practices and quality standards.
Monitor nursing documentation, medication practices and handover procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, clinical departments and hospital administration.
Identify training needs and conduct/coordinate staff development programs.
Manage nursing supplies, equipment and inventory requirements.
Handle patient/attendant complaints related to nursing services and take corrective action.
Maintain nursing records, reports and compliance documentation.
Support recruitment, orientation and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
Qualification:
B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing preferred.
Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
