Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and meeting logistics when required.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
Follow up on tasks, projects, and action items assigned by management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and business updates.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: BBA, MBA, MA, or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.




Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
