On-board high quality driver partners and vendors
Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric
Ensure delivery on SLA’s promised to the customer
Restore operations to normalcy when things break
Hire, coach and mentor a team of Supervisors
Handle client management and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Own and monitor performance metrics across all sites, ensuring operational targets are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:
4 to 8 years of experience in an on-the-ground, quick-paced quick commerce experience and last mile ecommerce business is a must.
Willingness to deal with a blue-collar, delivery workforce every day
Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.




Solid communication skills in English and the local language.
Willingness to travel between different sites and cities.
A good understanding of the city geography and its layout will be a big plus
Prior experience in quick commerce last mile operations role will be a big plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
