What you'll do
Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web).
Turn product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
Own and drive system-architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency.
Build cross-platform apps with shared codebases.
Collaborate with product, internal teams, and external stakeholders to align the tech roadmap with timelines.
Help build our engineering culture and, over time, mentor or grow a small team.
What we're looking for
4+ years building production apps with React.js and React Native.
Robust proficiency in TypeScript.
Solid HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases.
Familiarity with AWS and secure, cloud-first deployments.
A self-directed builder who ships and owns quality end to end.
