Role & responsibilities
Supervise security guards and ensure deployment as per duty roster.
Monitor entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
Ensure gate pass procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.
Prevent theft, pilferage, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
Conduct regular security patrols across the plant, warehouse, and utility areas.
Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and investigate suspicious activities.
Coordinate during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security incidents.
Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident reports.
Verify contractor workforce attendance and movement.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
Conduct surprise inspections and security audits.
Train security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, and safety protocols.
