Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be responsible for handling customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions. The candidate will manage product-related enquiries, understand customer requirements, provide accurate product information, coordinate internally, and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to products, availability, pricing, orders, and customer requirements.
Attend customers visiting the firm and understand their requirements professionally.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products based on their needs.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and management teams regarding product availability and orders.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and complaints.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, pending orders, deliveries, and requirements.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.




Communicate professionally with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and support customer relationship management.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock availability and product dispatch status.
Maintain a polite, skilled, and customer-friendly approach at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Ability to understand and explain product details clearly.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
Basic knowledge of CRM/Odoo or willingness to learn.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, textiles, event supplies, or a related industry will be an advantage.
