Role & responsibilities
Ensure timely completion of machine installation and commissioning within the prescribed schedule.
Attend to technical and technological complaints related to machines installed at customer locations.
Diagnose complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions to ensure effective and timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of installation, commissioning, service visits and complaint closures.
Create positive awareness among customers regarding machine performance, capabilities and operational advantages.
Coordinate with internal teams and the principal for resolving critical technical and technological issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.Tech in Textile Technology
3 - 8 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or field service of industrial/textile machinery.
