We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous and customer-focused Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers and ensure a warm, premium experience at KALKI Fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers with a warm and skilled approach.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Fashion Consultant.
Manage customer appointments, enquiries and waiting areas.
Coordinate with Fashion Consultants, Store Manager, Stock and Alteration teams.
Support VIP, bridal and high-value customers with personalised assistance.
Ensure smooth customer movement and a premium in-store experience.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
Maintain customer records and support follow-ups where required.
Ensure the reception and customer areas are clean, organised and presentable.
Maintain excellent grooming and skilled communication at all times.
Requirements
14 years of experience in premium retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
Well-groomed and confident.
Service-oriented and proactive approach.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
