AMCOR UNIFAB LLP is a B2B uniform fabrics and finished uniforms supplier serving wholesale customers, uniform dealers, distributors, institutions, and international buyers.

We are looking for a capable and responsible Sales Operations Manager to lead and control our complete sales operations system.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor complete sales operations
Supervise CRM and order coordination team
Track enquiries, quotations, confirmed orders, payments, and dispatch status
Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, warehouse, and dispatch teams
Ensure timely customer updates and internal follow-ups
Monitor pending enquiries, delayed orders, and customer complaints
Build daily reporting systems, SOPs, and process discipline
Report sales operations status to management regularly

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience preferred
Experience in sales operations, CRM, sales coordination,



or B2B business support
Robust team management and coordination skills
Good English and Malayalam communication
Hindi will be an added advantage
Valuable Excel / computer knowledge
Strong follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving ability
Ability to build systems and control daily operations
Responsible, honest, and disciplined
Able to manage multiple departments
Solid in follow-up and reporting
Professional in customer handling
Capable of improving systems and team accountability

Attractive salary based on experience and capability.

Performance incentives may be provided.
