Key Responsibilities:
Support data-driven decision making for management through HR analytics
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit process.
Handle payroll processing, validation, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
Perform data analysis using advanced Excel and support Management reporting
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and resolve issues
Team Development to build capability

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions
Hands-on experience in HRMS / SAP / others related S/W
Expertise in Payroll & Statutory Compliance




Valuable analytical and stakeholder Management skills
Valuable Communication, Presentation Skills & Problem-solving ability
