Role & responsibilities
Current mould development projects from RFQ to production handover.
Review product designs for manufacturability (DFM) and provide tooling recommendations.
Prepare mould concepts, specifications, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers during tool development.
Review mould designs and give recommendations
Monitor & follow up with supplier for mould manufacturing.
Track project milestones and ensure on time mould delivery.
Plan and execute mould trials validation activities.
Analyze trial results and implement corrective actions.
Conduct Tool Audit at Moulding supplier location
Monitor Preventive Maintenance of moulds. Give technical assistance to supplier
Maintain mould development records, trial reports and technical documentation

Preferred candidate profile
3 to 7 years of experience in injection mould development, Mould manufacturing, or plastic product manufacturing.
He/She should know the mould manufacturing process flow, plastic material, Engineering drawing reading knowledge , mould maintenance .
