Role & responsibilities
Conduct student skill development sessions as per the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
Develop students' language, life, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills.
Organize and facilitate skill-based activities, workshops, and events.
Coordinate with school management and the De-Skoolit academic team.
Monitor student progress, attendance, and participation.
Maintain records and submit regular reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, English, Social Sciences).
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Robust presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and student-focused.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred: Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or educational programs.
