Contact and follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with customers.
Provide product information, quotations, and offers.
Ensure timely follow-up until order closure.
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Business Development
Generate recent business opportunities through calls and referrals.
Re-engage inactive and existing customers.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Accounts, Dispatch, and Service teams for smooth order execution.
Update CRM/ERP with customer interactions and sales status.
Prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
